If there is a mutual fit, we book a 45-minute in-home assessment ($90 deposit, which rolls into your first session) covering your movement patterns, posture, body composition, and training history. Your program is designed around whatever you have — a full home gym, a set of dumbbells and a bench, or minimal equipment. During the assessment we evaluate your setup and build your program to maximize what is available. No specific equipment purchase is required.

In-home training follows a graduated structure. Your first month is at an intro rate of $145/session so you can experience the methodology without a large upfront commitment. After month one, clients who commit to a 3-month plan train at $170/session. Month-to-month flexibility is available at $225/session. For professionals with demanding schedules, the Executive Hybrid program ($500/month) is a separate coaching track that combines 2 in-home and 2 virtual sessions with full async programming, nutrition coaching, and direct trainer access.
